Once you have access to your Parent Portal account,  you can schedule your make up classes on the Parent Portal by following the steps below. If you do not have access, please use the email address you provided the gym on your child's registration form and click on "Forgot Password." A temporary password will be emailed to you.

Step 1

Once logged into your account, choose "Classes" on the top left column and under "Program" select "Ninja Zone Age 3-11"

Select "submit".

Step 2

Choose an age appropriate class schedule that will work and is OPEN.  Select "ENROLL NOW".

Under "ENROLLMENT TYPE" choose "MAKE UP".

State the date of the make up class under "CHOOSE START DATE".

 

Step 4

Select "Continue Enrollment" and proceed to "Complete Transaction." Your child will not be enrolled in the make up class if you do not complete this last step. If the class has openings, you will automatically be approved for the make up class.
