Once you have access to your Parent Portal account, you can schedule your make up classes on the Parent Portal by following the steps below. If you do not have access, please use the email address you provided the gym on your child's registration form and click on "Forgot Password." A temporary password will be emailed to you.
Once logged into your account, choose "Make Up Classes" on the top left column and "Program" (Gymnastics, Ninja Zone etc.)
Select "Enroll now" once you've found a make up class schedule that will work. Be sure to double-check the date of the make-you that you are choosing.
Check the name of the student and the select "Continue Enrollment".
Check the day and time of the make up class schedule and select "Next".
Review the details of the make up class to make sure that it is correct then select "Add To Cart" to continue. Please note there is no cost to do a make up class. The amount will be $0 when you add it to the cart.
Select "Complete Transaction". Your child will not be enrolled in the make up class if you do not complete this last step. You will receive an email saying that your request for the email has been sent to our office for approval or denial. Once we approve or deny your request, you will receive a 2nd email stating that the request was approved or denied. The make-up may be denied if the make-up class is full. Otherwise, it will be approved if there is room and your child is the correct age and level for the make-up.
