Beginning Beam Clinic MAY 19

(Ages 4 and up)

​

The Beam clinic will teach basics for all beginning gymnasts such as proper walking, leg swings and lifts, levers, straight jumps, mounts and dismounts.

 

Beginning Vault Clinic JUNE 2

(Ages 4 and up)

 

This clinic will focus on the running technique, straight jumps, safety falls, handstand flat backs, and dive rolls.

All clinics will be held on a Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30pm.

$12 per student ($5 sibling discount)
